Quick add and bulk entry
Add one transaction or many from the same + menu. Switch to bulk entry without leaving the sheet, including from a date on the calendar.

The Problem
Manual entry dies when it takes too many clicks. Adding one purchase is fine. Entering a weekend of cash spending, one row at a time, is how people fall behind.
What it is
A + control is available from anywhere in Copia. Open Add transaction for a single row. Switch to Bulk entry in the same sheet when you have several to record. Amount, account, and subcategory are required on every row so nothing lands uncategorized.
The same switch lives on the calendar. Right-click (or tap) a day, add one transaction or several, and the date stays put when you change modes.
Why it matters
Manual accounts and a free plan only work if entering transactions is fast. We use this ourselves when a connection is down or when we paid cash.
