Copia is built by a two-person team of experienced software engineers with a shared mission: to help people take control of their financial future through intelligent and user-friendly tools.

While working at leading software companies, we've been deeply involved in building modern AI tooling for enterprise users—especially as these technologies have rapidly evolved in recent years. But when it came to our own budgeting needs, we found today's personal finance apps, since the fall of Mint, lacking the intelligence, user experience and flexibility we expected.

So we set out to build something better.

Copia is a product that guides our own financial decisions, and that real-world usage drives every design choice. We're building Copia for users, starting with ourselves.

Behind the scenes, the app is hosted securely on AWS, protected by a strong authentication layer, and powered by rotating Plaid tokens to ensure your financial data stays safe.

There's still a lot of innovation missing in this space—and we're just getting started. Copia is our way of bringing thoughtful, AI-powered guidance to personal finance, and helping people make better decisions with more confidence.
