Manual accounts
Add checking, savings, credit cards, cash, and loans by hand. Budget before you connect a bank, or keep accounts that never sync.

The Problem
Not every account belongs in a bank login. Cash, a shared card you do not want to connect, or a credit union that syncs poorly. A lot of people also want to set up a budget before they trust an app with their bank.
What it is
You can add institutions and accounts yourself, enter balances, and record transactions by hand or from a CSV. Manual accounts work on the free plan.
If you connect that same bank later, Copia tries to match the linked account to the one you already set up so you are not starting over. That is the same idea as Smooth History.
Why it matters
You can budget on day one without waiting on a connection. Accounts that never sync still sit next to the ones that do.
