Tag transactions for trips, projects, or family members without changing categories.

The Problem
Categories describe what kind of spending something is. They do not always capture context like a vacation, a renovation, or which kid’s activity you paid for.
What it is
Transaction Tags are labels you attach to individual transactions. Keep the category as-is (for example Groceries) and add tags such as vacation or kid-sports. Manage tags in Settings and filter or organize transactions in the table.
Why it matters
You get a second layer of organization for projects and one-off tracking, without rebuilding your category list.
